Ice Cream

Fabricated three pink ice cream cone props for an independent short film combining live-action footage with an animated character. I researched materials and techniques to create convincing but production-friendly props, using lightweight spackling, flour, and paint for the ice cream and sealing real cones with Mod Podge.

One cone was specially built with an internal wire and PVC connection, allowing it to be suspended and manipulated during filming while giving the VFX team a practical object to integrate with the animated character.
