During COVID, bringing lunch to high school was the easiest option, but I quickly got bored with my choices. To mix things up, I started bringing a toaster. When that got old, I decided to modify it—I ripped out the middle heating element and adding a dimmer switch for more control. It still worked, so I still used it.
